REFORESTATION
The planting of 2 million trees on the Institute’s degraded land, restoring 600 hectares of land.
FISH FARMING
Creation of an additional 80 fish ponds to ensure food sovereignty for the community and the region.
LAND BUY-BACK
The purchase of land to ensure that primary forests are not destroyed and to restore already degraded lands. An additional 1500 hectares are in the pipeline.
FIRE PREVENTION
Equipment to fight the increasing number of disastrous wildfires.
